Job Description:
Outbound Calling Activity, Tele-Sales Productivity Management
Act as the in-charge of managing the outbound calling activity by the team members and manage daily operations of the team.
Set daily sales targets for all calling sales team members and support the team to meet the set targets.
Monitor all calls to ensure that due procedures and quality standards are strictly adhered by the calling team members.
Manage the calling activity by walking around and being visible to answer questions.
Take calls that your agents can’t handle and be available when a tele-caller / team member needs your assistance.
Conduct regular review of team members’ performance and organise training sessions for under performers.
Required Skills and Experience
Core experience in managing Sales Team effectively
2 to 3 years of relevant experience in team leading
